A leading services provider is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee financial operations and support strategic growth. With a long-standing presence in the sector and a dedicated workforce, the organisation is poised to diversify its services and continue the growth they have been experiencing over the last few years.
Your new role
In this role, you will lead financial governance, deliver accurate reporting, strengthen internal controls, and provide high‑level commercial advice to the Executive Team. You will also guide and develop the Finance Team while driving continuous improvement across all financial processes.
Lead financial operations, reporting, and governance
Manage budgeting, business planning, and month end/year end cycles
Oversee payroll, billing, payables, and compliance
Provide commercial insights to support organisational performance
Mentor and develop the Finance Team
What you'll need to succeed
Degree in Accounting and CPA/CA preferred with 10+ years' experience in finance roles. You will have proven capability to operate in a Finance Manager position within a complex environment and will be a hands on, collaborative leader with strong analytical skills. Exposure to health care, allied health, aged care or similar is strongly preferred.
