**Community Library Operations Manager Role**
We are seeking a highly skilled Community Library Operations Manager to join our team. The successful applicant will be responsible for managing the school library, providing literacy and numeracy support, and working collaboratively with teachers and students.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Manage the school library, including inventory management, circulation, and collection development
* Provide literacy and numeracy support to students, both individually and in groups
* Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement literacy and numeracy programs
* Maintain accurate records and reports on student progress and library usage
* Develop and implement policies and procedures for the library and its services
**Required Qualifications and Skills:**
* Relevant qualification in librarianship or education
* Experience in managing libraries and providing literacy and numeracy support
