Supporting Independence at Home
We are seeking compassionate and community-minded individuals to join our team in delivering care with empathy, respect, and a strong person-centred approach.
As a Home Care Worker or Home Care Domestic Support, you will travel between clients' homes to provide practical, personalised support tailored to each person's needs. This may include general household tasks, preparing light meals, and assisting with shopping, as well as providing social support or transport to appointments and community activities.
You will need:
* Daytime availability across at least three weekdays
* Excellent organisational skills and a focus on safe, clean environments
* A strong understanding of person-centred and community-based care
* The ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team

Mandatory Requirements:
* Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (or equivalent qualification)
* A valid Australian driver's licence and a reliable, insured vehicle
* Current First Aid and CPR certifications
* Working with Children Check (Employee)
* National Police Check or NDIS Worker Screening Check
* Up-to-date vaccinations in accordance with Uniting AgeWell policy
