Key responsibilities include conducting psychological assessments and developing individualized treatment plans for children and adults, providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions, collaborating with other healthcare professionals, educators, and community organizations, offering consultation and training to other professionals and community groups, maintaining accurate and confidential client records, and participating in regular supervision and continuing professional development activities.
To be successful in this role, applicants must possess current psychology registration with AHPRA, evidence of ongoing compliance with annual CPD requirements, proven experience working with both children and adults in a clinical setting, strong knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic approaches, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team, and a commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to ethical guidelines.
