Role Overview
As an Inbound Customer Success and Sales Manager, you'll play a pivotal role within iGoDirect's commercial growth engine across Australia and New Zealand.
You will work across the Australian and New Zealand Sales functions, providing support with customer proposals, client presentations and commercial negotiations. You will support and influence the full sales cycle, working closely with our senior leadership team across Commercial, Product, Marketing, and Operations.
You will also drive your own sales pipeline, identifying and presenting to Enterprise customers, and will be the first point of engagement for prospective clients, providing high quality sales and service to ensure customer success.
This position is ideal for someone with a strong client and customer success background who seeks clear development pathways into Sales or Client Success Director roles.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide senior support to the sales teams across Australia and New Zealand, preparing and driving customer proposals, client presentations and commercial negotiations.
* Serve as the first commercial touchpoint for prospective Enterprise customers across Australia and New Zealand — handling inbound enquiries and proactively reaching out to outbound leads.
* Qualify opportunities, understand business needs, and position iGoDirect's solutions confidently and strategically.
* Book meetings, coordinate product demos, and support the progression of opportunities through the pipeline.
* Drive commercial outcomes by identifying additional use cases, products, or program enhancements that increase customer lifetime value.
* Partner closely with the Senior Sales team to build targeted outreach strategies and support sales campaigns.
Enterprise Customer Onboarding
* Own the Enterprise Client onboarding process, ensuring Client requirements are defined, delivered, expectations met and processes diligently managed.
* Deliver exceptional customer service across all stages of the customer journey — from first interaction through to implementation.
* Manage and deepen client relationships, ensuring customers feel supported, informed, and valued.
Commercial Operations & Growth
* Maintain accurate CRM hygiene (Pipedrive), ensuring visibility and accountability across all pipeline activities.
* Provide insights and feedback to product and marketing teams, helping shape the future direction of our platforms and campaigns.
* Drive commercial outcomes by identifying additional use cases, products, or program enhancements that increase customer lifetime value.
* Lead and deliver process improvement, sales enablement, and commercial efficiency initiatives.
What you will bring
* Experience in sales, customer-facing, client success, or target-driven environments — ideally within retail, SaaS, promotions, agency, or a fast‑growing tech company.
* Outstanding presentation, commercial and communication skills and the confidence to liaise with clients ranging from small retailers to enterprise brands.
* Customer obsession, natural relationship-building and a customer‑first mindset.
* Highly organised with outstanding attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities across sales, service, and client engagement.
* Strong commercial acumen with experience managing revenue targets, expansion opportunities, and complex Enterprise deals.
