We are looking for an experienced Centre Director to lead an early education service committed to delivering high-quality learning and care. You will be responsible for the operational leadership of the centre, supporting and developing your team, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and building strong connections with families and the local community.

What You\'ll Do
* Leading the daily operations of the centre and ensuring a safe, nurturing environment.
* Mentoring, guiding, and inspiring your team to deliver high-quality early learning programs.
* Ensuring compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF), National Quality Standards (NQS), Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), and all relevant legislation and policies.
* Managing budgets, staffing, enrolments, and centre performance goals.
* Building and maintaining positive professional relationships with families and the local community.
* Driving continuous improvement through quality planning, self-assessment, and reflective practice.
* Acting as the primary contact for families and external stakeholders, including during audits and regulatory visits.
What We\'re Looking For
* Diploma or higher qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA-approved)
* Current Working with Children Check, First Aid (incl. CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis), and Child Protection/Safe Sleep training (or willing to obtain)
* Minimum 2+ years' leadership experience in early childhood services (Director/Manager/Assistant Manager)
* Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and operational decisions
* Strong leadership, team development, and people management skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
* Experience with curriculum planning, compliance (NQF/NQS/EYLF), and quality standards
