We're partnering with a leading tier‐one infrastructure contractor to appoint a National Operations Manager to oversee a complex, multi‐state portfolio of major projects.
We are seeking a Project Director ready to step up into a national leadership role reporting direct into the General Manager, with responsibility spanning operational delivery, governance, and performance across critical infrastructure programs.
Location: Melbourne, Sydney or Perth
About the role:
* Lead national tenders, bids, and project mobilisation strategy
* Oversee construction methodology, design alignment, and cost control
* Drive governance across delivery performance, risk, and commercial outcomes
* Manage national scheduling, cashflow, contracts, and claims (incl. EOT)
About you:
* 15+ years' experience in construction / infrastructure leadership
* Current Project Director or senior operational leader ready to step up
* Proven delivery of complex, multi‐disciplinary infrastructure projects
* Strong commercial, contractual, and stakeholder leadership capability
