Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled administrator to join our financial services team. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven individual to provide high-quality administrative support in a regulated environment, working closely with financial services professionals and clients.


Key Responsibilities

* Provide full administrative support to the financial services team, ensuring all deadlines are met.
* Prepare valuation reports and meeting documentation, offering comprehensive pre- and post-meeting support for advisers.
* Draft suitability reports and ensure accurate completion of all necessary documentation.
* Liaise with clients, insurers, and providers, maintaining professional and timely communication at all times.
* Maintain accurate client records and databases.
* Assist with corporate administration, including pension scheme submissions, auto-enrolment compliance, and group risk schemes (where applicable).
* Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements and company procedures.


Required Skills & Experience

* Previous experience as a financial services administrator, ideally with at least 12 months technical administration experience supporting financial advisers.
* Knowledge across pensions, investments, and protection. Exposure to tax and trusts would be highly advantageous.
* Excellent IT skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Strong organisational and planning skills, with excellent attention to detail.
* A professional, flexible, and proactive approach to work.
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly and concisely to clients.
* A committed team player, able to work collaboratively while also using initiative when required.
