Each venue offers a distinct identity—from rustic Italian trattoria to upscale Australian grill—and together they serve thousands weekly. The kitchens operate at serious scale but remain committed to quality and consistency.
You'll be joining one of the largest, best-structured brigades in the area, where communication, timing, and professionalism aren't just buzzwords—they're daily practice.

The Role – More Than Just a Section You'll be trusted to run your section independently, maintaining output, quality, and service coordination—sometimes across different restaurant styles depending on your experience.
The role:
* Preparing and presenting Mediterranean, Italian, or Modern Australian cuisine
* Supporting both à la carte and buzzer-based service models
* Coordinating with FOH using docket systems
* Maintaining prep, hygiene, and section accountability under pressure
You won't be boxed into one role. Instead, you'll will evolve with your skills and interests—perfect for a chef ready to explore different kitchen identities without jumping employers.
Salary, Benefits & Perks
* Salary: 38hr week and paid OT, base rate is over $30 OTE is $77K for 38hrs

Your Profile – What We're Looking For
* 5+ years' experience in professional, technical kitchens
* Stability in roles
* Proven ability to manage a section without supervision
* Strong communication and docket management skills
* Thrives in high-pressure, high-output environments
* Lives within ~25 minutes commute (ideal, not mandatory)
