Harfords Surface Technologies is a Perth based pioneer and industry leader in surface engineering with 67 years of experience across thermal spraying and machining.
As a Fitter/Machining Apprentice you will be working with a variety of machines including a 5 metre centre lathe, 1 metre CNC lathe, large cylindrical grinders and horizontal borers. You will also utilise both hand tools and electrical equipment.
You will also assist in maintaining a clean and organised workshop, while adhering to all policies and procedures with a primary focus on workplace health and safety (WHS).
Undertaking this four-year apprenticeship will give you the opportunity to become a qualified trades person and earn your (MEM30219-AD57 ) Certificate III in Engineering – Mechanical Trade (Fitting/Machining)
