Centacare Family Services offers relationship and community services to individuals, couples and families. As a Catholic agency we provide professional assistance in a manner which promotes human dignity and enhances growth and wellbeing.

Centacare Family Services are currently seeking expressions of interest from a suitably qualified and experienced coordinator to fill the position of Coordinator for our Men's Hub, based in Geraldton

The Men's Hub is a socially accepting men's health and wellbeing center, open to men from all backgrounds.

A remuneration package based on the SCHCADS Award 2010 will be offered based on skills and experience; level 4 $44.58 per hour, plus superannuation and salary sacrifice option.

This position will be worked Monday - Friday.

Key Functions
* Plan and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the Men's Hub, including supervision of staff and volunteers.
* Develop and facilitate social welfare programmes suitable for Men's Hub clients.
* Engage with men using the services of the Men's Hub, assisting them by referring to appropriate support services.
* Promote the services of the Men's Hub, and men's mental health and wellbeing, within the community.
Selection Criteria: Qualifications

Formal qualifications in community services, social work or related disciplines

Selection Criteria: Skills & Experience
* Experience in the delivery of mental health or social wellbeing educational programmes.
* Experience working with clients who suffer from mental health conditions and/or AOD addiction.
* Ability to work with people from various backgrounds, and to respect different cultures and diversity.
* Ability to maintain accurate records and develop written reports within provided guidelines.
* Ability and confidence to drive a van - C Class License
* Ability to work within the philosophy and ethos of Centacare.

Successful applicants will hold, or be able to obtain, a WA Working with Children Check, National Police Clearance no older than 12 months, and a current WA Driver's License.
