An outstanding opportunity has become available for a talented Property Lawyer with a minimum of 3 years’ post-admission experience to join a high-performing and well-regarded commercial property team in Brisbane. This position offers a broad mix of commercial leasing, acquisitions, disposals, and development work for institutional clients. About the Role You will support senior leaders across a range of high-value property transactions involving institutional and commercial clients. This includes: Drafting and negotiating commercial leasing agreements Managing the sale and purchase of commercial properties Conducting due diligence for acquisitions Preparing off-the-plan sale contracts (residential, commercial & industrial) Advising on body corporate issues and regulatory compliance Staying informed on market and legal developments in property law You’ll be exposed to a variety of projects and clients, gaining experience in every stage of the property transaction lifecycle.
