We are recruiting a very new and exciting role as an Implementation Manager for our redesigned Financial Wellbeing service
Anglicare's Financial Wellbeing programs are undergoing a major redesign of service, operating model and structure to ensure we provide the best service possible for financially vulnerable clients and communities. As we conclude the design phase, we are seeking an experienced Implementation Manager to lead the rollout and transition into our new model.
This is a 6-month contract position with an immediate start (pending background checks). It's a critical role that will work closely with senior operational leaders, steering committee, the Enterprise PMO and service subject matter experts. You'll need to be flexible, thorough, able to absorb knowledge quickly, and make an impact from day one.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the implementation of the redesigned Food & Financial Assistance operating model across multiple sites and teams.
* Develop and execute transition plans, ensuring clear communication and minimising disruption to clients and staff.
* Collaborate with senior leaders and project governance groups to monitor progress and resolve issues.
* Engage and influence stakeholders at all levels to drive adoption of new processes and structures.
* Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.
* Provide clear communication and training to staff during the transition.
* Contribute to continuous improvement and lessons learned for future projects.
What you'll bring
* Proven experience in similar implementations or change management within complex service environments.
* Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship building skills.
* Ability to work at pace, absorb information quickly, and deliver outcomes under tight timeframes.
* Excellent problem solving and decision-making capabilities.
* Experience in community services or not-for-profit sectors (highly desirable).
* Familiarity with project delivery methodologies and governance frameworks.
* Valid NSW Working with Children Check for paid employment
