Helicopter Ride Attendant – Casual
Sea World Helicopters is seeking casual Helicopter Ride Attendants to join our ground operations team at our Main Beach heliport.
This role plays an important part in supporting safe, efficient and professional passenger operations. Helicopter Ride Attendants assist with passenger movements, pre- and post-flight ground support, and ensuring guests are safely guided through each stage of their experience.
This is not a flying position. However, it may suit someone looking to enter the aviation industry, particularly those currently undertaking training towards a Commercial Pilot Licence. The operational exposure and experience gained in this role may be valuable for future aviation career pathways.
Key Responsibilities
* Safely assist passengers during briefing, boarding and disembarkation in accordance with company procedures
* Support flight crew with pre- and post-flight ground operations
* Assist guests in a professional, courteous and safety-focused manner
* Ensure luggage and personal items are handled and stowed appropriately
* Maintain an organised and efficient aircraft loading process
* Work closely with front-of-house staff, pilots and other ground crew
