Your new company
A leading organisation is implementing a new Case Management System built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service, integrated with Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and Outlook. To support this rollout, they require an experienced trainer to ensure successful adoption and staff confidence.
Your new role
As a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Trainer, you will deliver engaging, instructor-led training sessions to staff on the new platform. You will design and customise course content, user guides, and job aids, ensuring training aligns with organisational workflows. Your role will include:
* Delivering hands-on training on Dynamics 365 Customer Service and integrated tools.
* Developing tailored training materials and documentation.
* Conducting system demonstrations and practical exercises.
* Providing post-training support and refresher sessions.
* Gathering feedback and identifying additional training needs.
This is a 3-month contract commencing mid-January 2026.
What you'll need to succeed
* Proven expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365, particularly Customer Service.
* Strong knowledge of integrations with Teams, SharePoint, and Outlook.
* Experience delivering technical training to groups of 15–30+ participants.
