About the role:
The Curriculum Designer leads the development, coordination, and continuous improvement of curriculum within the Pathways School. This role sets the strategic direction for curriculum design aligned with best practices and regulatory standards, including the TEQSA National Standards for Foundation Programs. Working closely with academic and professional stakeholders, the role oversees the creation of subject outlines, assessments, and educational materials, ensuring consistency, quality, and compliance. The Curriculum Designer also supports professional development initiatives, tracks curriculum-related projects, and contributes to policy development. Strong leadership, educational expertise, and collaborative skills are essential to drive innovation and maintain a modern and relevant curriculum. This is a new position within the newly formed Learning Design and Innovation department.

Skills & Experience:
We are seeking an innovative Curriculum Designer to join our newly establishedLearning Design and Innovation department within the Pathways School. In this role, you will help shape the future of curriculum for international students transitioning to university, working at the forefront of contemporary learning and assessment design. You will collaborate closely with curriculum specialists and teaching teams to design, evaluate, and continuously enhance learner-centered courses and assessments. Bringing a tertiary qualification in education, curriculum design, or a related field, along with experience in curriculum development, you will combine strong project management skills with a collaborative and curious mindset. You'll join a supportive, student-centered community that values quality, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Employment Type and Salary Range: This is a Full-time ongoing position. TCFS Level C6 FTE $119,681 plus 17.5% leave loading plus 12% superannuation
