Responsibilities
* Assist the Store Manager to drive sales and store performance.
* Support day-to-day store operations, leadership of the team, and consistent customer service excellence.
* Contribute to staff development, training, and motivation; lead by example.
* Participate in visual merchandising, stock control, health and safety, and store security.
Employment Details
* Full-time permanent role based at Macpac Parramatta.
* Rotating roster, shared with the Store Manager.

Qualifications & Skills
* Management or supervisor experience.
* Ability to lead by example and deliver top-tier customer service.
* Ability to motivate and inspire a team.
* Skills in training, floor sales, and achieving results.
* Experience in visual merchandising, stock control, health and safety, and store security.
Desirable Attributes
* Passion for the outdoors or travel.
* Experience with outdoor clothing and equipment is not essential, but preferred.
