We are seeking an Account Manager, heavily focused on our Cleaning operations, to join our South Australian Operations team. The successful applicant will have excellent people and time management skills, an eye for detail and good client relationship management skills in order to manage and oversee multiple contracts across South Australia.
The roles work afternoon shift commencing at 2pm daily and will be responsible for meeting the following key accountabilities and outcomes:
* Client Relationship Management.
* Employee and Contractor management.
* Rostering.
* Ensure that staff, systems, and processes are aligned to achieve client expectations.
* Drive service excellence across all sites.
* Proactive management of client expectations through direct communication.
* Reporting for senior management.
* Ensure accounts are managed effectively and within budgetary guidelines, maintain and continuously improve efficiency and profitability of operations.
* Manage purchasing expenditure, monitor labour costs and implements strategies to reduce any areas requiring attention.
We are seeking a leader who possesses the following skills and experience:
* Previous experience working with contractors and direct employee labour models.
* Experience within the cleaning industry will be highly regarded.
* A keen eye for detail.
* Excellent time management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proven experience in managing and leading staff/teams.
* Responsiveness and the ability to 'think outside the square' in resolving operational matters; and
* A sound working knowledge of OH&S and operational practices.
