We are currently seeking an
experienced HSE Advisor
to support a growing portfolio of projects and champion a proactive safety-first approach across all operations.
Position Overview
Join a well-established national company, delivering large-scale protective coating, remediation projects for major infrastructure, energy, defence, and industrial clients.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Conduct incident management processes, including investigations and sustainable preventative and corrective action monitoring and implementation.
Confidence engaging with crews, supervisors, and clients on all safety matters
Participate in safety reviews involving hazard identification, assessment, control, and monitoring.
Qualifications
Cert IV, Degree or Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental.
Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a similar HSE role, preferably within the maritime or industrial sectors.
Previous experience in infrastructure, defence, maintenance or construction industry
Quality experience desirable but not essential
