Cadence Connect has been engaged to recruit a Financial Accountant for a national, multi-site organisation experiencing significant growth and expansion.
The business is strengthening its finance function to enhance reporting, financial controls, and commercial insight to support scale. Finance works closely with operations and leadership, playing an important role in decision-making across the organisation.
This is a key appointment within the team, offering ownership across management reporting, financial control, budgeting, forecasting, and team leadership.

The Role Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will be responsible for delivering accurate monthly management accounts across multiple sites while supporting budgeting, forecasting, cashflow, and Capex reporting.
You will also supervise Accounts Officers, fostering a high-performing and accountable finance team.
Key Responsibilities
Management Reporting & Financial Control
* Prepare and deliver monthly management accounts across multiple sites
* Analyse performance, variances, and KPIs with actionable insights
* Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end processes
* Oversee complex journals, intercompany and international transactions
* Maintain strong internal controls and financial compliance
Budgeting, Forecasting & Cashflow
* Support budgeting and forecasting processes
* Assist with cashflow and Capex reporting
Leadership & Business Partnering
* Supervise and mentor Accounts Officers
* Drive process improvement initiatives
* Partner with operational and senior leadership teams
About You
* CA/CPA qualified or working towards
* 3–5 years' experience in a Management or Financial Accountant role
* Strong management reporting and analytical capability
* Advanced Excel and confident with financial systems
* Experience in multi-site organisations desirable
