**The Opportunity**
The HB Group is currently working with a large Local Government organisation based in
**Gatton** to source a
**Business Systems Officer** to assist with the development, maintenance and support of the organisation's Enterprise Business Systems.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Developing, promoting and configuring the organisation's ERP system, and providing support and system administration to customers and other stakeholders
- Liaising with software and services vendors, consultants and contractors in relation to the installation, operation, maintenance and development of organisational business systems.
- Project management and planning of small to medium sized projects
- Facilitating workshops to capture, document and review existing business works processes
- Undertaking root cause analysis and investigation to resolve organisational issues, comprehension and advice on complex business processes
- Developing, implementing, reviewing and updating business systems related processes, operational policies and procures and documenting guidelines to enable others and improve team productivity.
Applicants for this role should possess the following skills and experience:
- Significant demonstrated experience in system administration of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems in complex customer focussed organisations, in either/or similar to Technology One.
- Demonstrated experience in project management and change management, including scoping, mapping and analysing business processes and requirements as part of an ERP or other ICT projects
- Demonstrated ability to develop documentation for training staff in the use of an ERP system
- An exceptional customer service focus; high level interpersonal and communication skills; and the ability to facilitate workshops
- A qualification in Information Technology, Business Administration, Project Management, and Information Technology Information Library (ITIL), or significant proven experience in any of these fields will be highly regarded
