Job Summary
The Patient Administration Department Head oversees daily operations and ensures that accounting procedures are correctly followed, resolving any issues affecting account settlement and revenue generation.
* Develop and implement patient administration processes
* Identify and mitigate departmental risks
* Distribute information to stakeholders
* Manage department finances
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Grade 12; Tertiary qualification with financial experience
* Minimum 5 years' debtors experience
* At least 5 years' experience in a Managerial or Supervisory position
