As Practice Manager, you will be responsible for the practice's overall success, ensuring smooth operations and delivering exceptional patient care. You will play a key role in achieving growth targets, improving operational efficiency, and fostering a positive team culture.
Patient Experience
* Deliver outstanding patient service across all touchpoints
* Manage patient feedback, enquiries, and complaint resolution
* Drive initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and retention
Team Leadership & Development
* Lead, mentor, and develop a multidisciplinary team
* Manage recruitment, onboarding, and performance reviews
* Foster a collaborative, engaged, and high-performing culture
* Oversee rosters, leave management, and workforce planning
Financial & Business Performance
* Manage budgets, costs, and revenue targets
* Monitor KPIs and implement strategies to drive growth
* Oversee billing, receivables, and financial processes
* Analyse performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement
Operations & Compliance
* Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the practice
* Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
* Oversee stock control, equipment maintenance, and facility management
* Ensure adherence to infection control and workplace safety protocols

You are a confident leader with a passion for healthcare and operational excellence. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and bring a balance of people leadership and commercial acumen.
Key Requirements:
* Previous experience in a Practice Manager or similar leadership role
* Strong financial management and business acumen
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
* Experience in healthcare or dental settings (highly regarded)
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office and patient management systems
