About You
* Proven experience as a Centre Director, ideally in a large service or new‑centre opening.
* Strong understanding of NQS, compliance, pedagogy, and long‑term culture‑building.

* A leader with vision, maturity, and the ability to execute a high‑quality launch.
* Local knowledge of the Geelong region is highly advantageous.
