About Us
Maid to Clean is hiring cleaners available to start immediately. We are paying more than ever for our services so now is a fantastic time to join. We are currently the Best Rated Cleaning Company in Melbourne across Google and Product Review. Our customers love us, but so does our team with a 92% satisfaction rating in a recent survey. We mainly clean homes and offices and work with Age Care & NDIS Support.
Two Flexible Work Arrangements Available
We offer two types of arrangements:
Short-Term – Under 6 Months
* Mostly one‐off services, including big jobs like End of Lease
* Flexible schedule – work when you want
* Most other businesses won't offer work for under 6 months or only offer cash jobs
Long-Term – 6 months or more
* Regular services and predictable schedule
* Stable income for planning and security
* Opportunity for pay review for those with the best feedback
What we offer
* Excellent Pay for contractors, $35‐50/hr and above
* Up to $250 joining bonus, subject to eligibility
* No admin work – We take care of invoicing, scheduling, customer service
* Flexible work hours – work within school hours or around other commitments
* Unlimited work – we can assign work in your choice of location and schedule
* Ongoing work available. We can get you earning as much as you want to work
* Regular and one‐off clients
Ideally, you need to have
* Any kind of cleaning experience minimum 1 year (domestic, commercial, hotel cleaning)
* Australian Working Rights (Valid Australian Visa, Permanent Residency, Citizenship)
* Driver's Licence and own vehicle
* Appropriate work rights
* ABN/TFN
* Police Check
* Cleaning Kit
* Public Liability Insurance (you can apply once you get the job)
Up to $250 Joining Bonus
We are currently offering up to $250 joining bonuses for candidates who apply and start work before March 31st 2026. Bonus eligibility and payment structure will be discussed during the recruitment process. Subject to eligibility.
