Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and mentor a high-performing Market Development team.
* Identify and support emerging leaders through tailored coaching and development.
* Design and deliver impactful training programs and roadshows for associates at all levels.
* Oversee recognition programs including awards, incentive trips, and celebratory events.
* Manage onboarding processes in collaboration with marketing and HQ teams.
* Foster strong, ongoing relationships with associates and keep them aligned with company goals.
* Analyse competitor trends and provide insights to senior leadership.
* Represent the company at local and international events, including weekends and evenings.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must have:

* Fluent language skills in Mandarin and English (written and verbal).
* Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or health sciences.
* At least 8 years of sales experience, with 4+ years in a leadership role.

* Highly organised, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
