Senior Support Manager
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of providing leadership and guidance to frontline staff, ensuring that high-quality care standards are consistently met.
* To be successful in this role, the individual must ensure all requirements related to meeting individual support plans are submitted within required timeframes. This includes managing submissions, plans, returns, reports, statistics and optimising participant funding.
* Demonstrated experience with internal and external reporting matrices, as well as case management skills, would be highly beneficial for this position.
