Simplification bankers are responsible for executing and implementing specialized campaigns using both inbound and outbound channels.This role will be part of a highly skilled team and have received specialized training to effectively fulfill campaign requirements whilst delivering exceptional customer service. Given the ever-evolving nature of our work, which revolves around various campaigns, bankers must possess a growth mindset and a readiness to adapt to ongoing changes. This flexibility is vital to ensure our ability to deliver optimal results and meet ongoing customer needs.Our frontline bankers work rotating rostered shifts, providing our customers year-round services to be there for them when they need us most with operating hours ranging from Monday to Friday only, between 8.00amto7.00pm, and on non-national public holidays. We’re looking for people who are available to work flexible hours to support the changing customer habits and needs.If successful for the role, you will be undergoing onsite trainings, which will eventually transition to a Hybrid 50-50work setup after meeting the required benchmark in training.Banking is changing and we’re changing with it, giving our people great opportunities to try new things, learn and grow.
