Ferguson Plarre Bakehouses in Cranbourne Park Shopping Centre is an established store for over 8 years. We are a happy, vibrant team seeking a Junior Superstar to provide excellent service to our loyal customers. It is a fun and friendly environment to work and chat with customers.
* Important note: Availability to work both days on the weekends is preferred.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
* Serving customers with a smile, taking cake orders, and undertaking all other café all-rounder duties as required.
* Practicing company policies and procedures, and ensuring all safety standards are adhered to, including food safety processes.
Ideal Candidate Capabilities
On-the-job training will be provided as required. The ideal candidate will have:
* Café all-rounder experience, with coffee making skills highly preferred.
* Excellent communication skills and confidence in liaising with team members and customers.
* Reliability, responsibility, and a strong commitment to completing tasks.
* A positive attitude, initiative, willingness to learn quickly, and the ability to be part of a vibrant team.
* Flexibility to work a varied roster.
