Amplifon Retail, a brand of Amplifon, is one of Australia's leading retail hearing health providers looking for a qualified Audiologist or Audiometrist for their Raymond Terrace (Newcastle), NSW.
About the Role
Key Responsibilities:
* Conducting adult hearing services for clients.
* Performing diagnostic hearing assessments and where appropriate.
* Developing and implementing individualized aural rehabilitation programs including discussion of communication tactics and strategies, prescription, fitting and evaluation of hearing devices to our clients.
Qualifications
* Customer focused & self‐motivated professional.
* A tertiary qualification in Audiology or Audiometry.
* Full membership of an approved Australian Audiological Association, and a QP and OHS Qualified Practitioner number.
* Passion for career development, learning and training.
* Thrive working in a team environment and demonstrate strong communication skills and be a self‐motivated "People Champion".
* Ability to build strong relationships with different clients without compromising quality on customer service.
* Confident with adult hearing rehabilitation including fitting of hearing devices and other ALDs.
* We have a large store opening schedule but also offer interstate candidates relocation assistance.
