About the Role
We’re currently seeking a Vehicle Estimator/ Insurance Loss Adjuster to join our busy workshop in Townsville.
This is a full-time, permanent position (Monday to Friday – no weekends!), offering job security and the chance to work in a supportive team environment with all the latest tools and technology.
If you’ve worked as an Estimator or come from the workshop floor with quoting experience – we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
- Provide top-level customer service to clients and work providers.
- Accurately quote vehicle repairs in line with company/insurer guidelines and targets.
- Complete quotes onsite, off-site, and online as required.
- Conduct vehicle arrival inspections, including damage mapping and imaging.
- Manage parts procurement for repairs to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely authorisation of additional repairs.
- Ensure all repairs meet pre-accident condition standards.
- Deliver completed vehicles back to customers with care and professionalism.

- Experience in collision repair or estimating (essential).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- A team-focused, can-do attitude.
- Reliability and a commitment to safe work practices.
