With offices across Australia and Malaysia, we are a team of researchers, designers, business analysts, product managers, and software engineers helping build outstanding products and experiences for our clients. We’re looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Coordinator to help bring Restive’s brand and story to life. You’ll support the day-to-day running of our marketing efforts, from polishing pitch decks and shaping campaigns to running our social channels and coordinating small events. This role blends strong coordination and content skills with an eye for design. You’ll help make sure everything we share externally, whether it’s a Linkedin post or a client presentation, is well-crafted, clear and visually sharp. TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES: Support the execution of our marketing strategy in line with brand and business goals. Work with the sales team to shape marketing opportunities that attract new clients. Prepare and refine client-facing materials, including pitch decks and presentations, ensuring visual consistency and polish. Create on-brand social media content, including visuals and graphics (primarily for Linkedin and Instagram). Manage and grow Restive’s social media presence including strategy, planning, writing and scheduling. Help shape a range of content including blog articles, media releases and opinion pieces. Coordinate small in-person events (10 to 20 people), including logistics, venue sourcing and post-event impact tracking. Update and maintain our Wordpress (soon to be Strapi) website including content updates, landing pages and analytics. Create and schedule EDMs via Mailchimp. Assist with campaign planning and execution. Occasionally support internal team activities, such as social club contributions, team building activities and internal events. REQUIREMENTS: Experience in a marketing, content or communications role. Strong writing and content creation skills. A good eye for layout and design. You’re confident tidying up a messy deck or making a social post look sharp. Proficiency with tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Google Slides and scheduling platforms. Comfortable managing social media and understanding basic campaign metrics. Organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects at once. Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills. Curious, self-motivated and open to learning on the job. Collaborative and comfortable working with different parts of the business. Bonus: video creating and editing skills. Bonus: understanding of professional services or the digital and tech space. Location Hybrid, with at least 2 days in our Melbourne office.
