Key responsibilities
* Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical history reviews and physical examinations.
* Diagnose and manage a wide range of acute and chronic medical conditions.
* Develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
* Provide preventive care and health education to patients.
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a multidisciplinary approach to patient care.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records using our practice's electronic health system.
* Participate in clinical meetings, case discussions, and ongoing career development opportunities.
* Contribute to quality improvement initiatives within the practice.
* Provide follow-up care, safety‐netting and monitoring of patient outcomes.
Qualifications and Skills
* Current enrolment in the RACGP GP training program.
* Excellent clinical skills with a strong focus on evidence‐based and patient‐centred care.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively within a large team.
