About the Role
As a Pellet Press Operator, your duties may include:
* Pellet press operation.
* Assist in the safe and efficient operation of feed mill equipment and machinery.
* Undertake batching, mixing, bagging, and loading activities.
* Maintain quality standards to ensure our customers receive consistent, high-quality animal nutrition products.
* Follow and adhere to Feedsafe processes, procedures and reporting.
* Operate forklifts (training/licensing provided if required).
* Complete routine cleaning, housekeeping, and basic maintenance tasks.
* Support the production team to ensure daily manufacturing targets are met.
* Contribute to a positive safety culture and uphold Norco's Golden Safety Rules.
* Assist with inventory, pest control and receival of inbound goods.
What We Are Looking For
We would love to hear from you if you have:
* Previous feed mill and pellet press operation experience.
* A great attitude and willingness to learn.
* The ability to perform physical tasks safely.
* A team-focused mindset.
* Good attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
* A forklift licence (beneficial but not essential- we will help you get one).
* Mechanical aptitude or previous experience in manufacturing, agriculture, or warehousing (highly regarded but not required).
