The Role:
This role will appeal to a Senior Development Manager with experience in land lease communities, land subdivision, or medium-density developments. Alternatively, this opportunity will appeal to an experienced Development Manager looking for career progression with relevant experience. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering resort-style master-planned O55 land lease communities.
Reporting to the Development Director, you will lead the development process including driving financial, marketing, design, planning, and delivery outcomes across the full development lifecycle.
In addition, you will manage all key project stakeholders, resolve planning issues, gain approvals, and ensure project delivery meets all key performance outcomes i.e. time, cost, and quality.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in property, architecture, construction management, engineering, or a related discipline;
* A minimum of 8 -10 years' experience in both front-end and back-end delivery of residential and/or retirement living projects;
* Proven people management, stakeholder, and communication skills (written and verbal);
* Ability to build networks with LGAs, Councils, and the wider building industry;
* Ability to manage and deliver projects autonomously;
* Professional and highly driven individual with the ability to adapt to change and work effectively within a supportive and collaborative team environment;
