Job Description:
The successful candidate will lead a team of engineers and technicians in managing workforce, assigning work, monitoring construction progress, and ensuring adherence to plans, designs, and specifications. Key responsibilities include:
* Workforce management
* Assigning tasks and reviewing progress for accuracy and adherence to standards
* Monitoring construction progress and reporting to senior management
* Coordinating construction engineering activities to ensure projects are executed according to plan
