As a result of our continued success and growing workload, we are looking for an experienced Administration Officer to work alongside our Sales Secretary and broader support team in a busy sales environment.
This is a hands‐on position for someone who understands the pace, structure and detail required in a real estate office and can confidently manage the administrative processes that support a property sale from listing through to settlement and archive.
This is a role with broad responsibility across the full sales administration function. The successful applicant will be required to carry out the day‐to‐day tasks that keep campaigns, documentation, trust processes and transaction records running accurately and efficiently.
There would be the option to train the right person. Current or prior experience in real estate would be an advantage, but not essential.

To succeed in this role, you will be an experienced administrator who is confident working in a fast‐paced property environment and comfortable managing multiple tasks with accuracy and professionalism.
Requirements
* previous experience in a real estate office
* experience in sales administration or sales support
* excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
* confidence using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
* Trust accounting knowledge or experience
* the ability to manage deadlines and maintain accurate records
* strong written and verbal communication skills
* a professional and reliable approach to confidential information and client service
