As the first point of contact for members exploring RAA's home energy solutions, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional outcomes for our members. Your focus will be on providing a consultative, solutions-based sales experience that meets the needs of residential customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop leads, prepare quotations, and close sales across our range of solar, battery storage, and EV solutions
* Understand and explore member needs, providing tailored advice and solutions
* Switch and up-sell relevant packages using a consultative sales approach
* Ensure data accuracy and capture relevant information using discovery questions
* Adhere to internal processes and government regulations
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A strong customer focus and passion for delivering great service
* Excellent communication and attention to detail
* A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
* Confidence using Microsoft Office and CRM systems
* An understanding of consultative and commission-based selling
* At least 1 year of experience in the solar industry
