Job Description

As a seasoned Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and delivering against complex advertiser goals and problems to drive revenue and exceed targets.

You will nurture customer relationships, create revenue opportunities from owned advertisers, dive deep into data to understand trends, and communicate the 'why' behind results to internal and external stakeholders.

* Develop expert knowledge on Amazon solutions, understanding advertiser needs, and consulting with insights and recommendations to achieve greater results on Amazon.
* Provide holistic recommendations including Video & Display Ads, Sponsored Ads, and Retail insights to demonstrate how they are working together to achieve advertisers' goals on and off Amazon.
* Master media and communications to develop winning brand and media strategies for growth.
* Exhibit deep analytical ability and link local market performance and insights to optimize advertiser performance that fulfills advertiser goals.
* Monitor performance of DSP & SpAds accounts across verticals and drive one-to-many activities to improve performance.

You will leverage Amazon's data and your understanding of our advertising customers' business to provide guidance to C-suite marketing leaders via business reviews and frequent in-person client sessions to regularly iterate on and articulate a brand's strategy.



Required Skills and Qualifications

* 5+ years relevant experience in a client-facing role, including sales, digital marketing, or media agencies.
* Proven track record of delivering results, including revenue targets, and significantly contributing to revenue growth.
* Media planning and brand planning capabilities.
* Success in optimizing products and services based on client needs.
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PPT.
* Demonstrated success working with cross-functional teams and building strong relationships internally and externally.
