They are currently looking for an experienced and highly organised Office Manager to ensure their Guilford office runs flawlessly while supporting the management team. This is a senior role for someone who thrives on structure, compliance, and managing diverse responsibilities.
The Role
* Managing state licensing, ISO documentation, insurance renewals, and coordinating staff visa documentation
* Overseeing the company fleet registration and insurance
* Arranging staff travel and accommodation
* Coordinating yard stocktakes and purchasing supplies
* Overseeing client onboarding
* Managing company cards and petty cash

About You
