The Roles
You'll join a cross-functional Agile squad, working alongside developers, testers, and business stakeholders.
Project Manager
* Own end-to-end delivery for squad initiatives
* Drive timelines, sprint execution, and UAT
* Manage risks, issues, and stakeholder alignment
Business Analyst
* Gather and translate business requirements
* Support solution design and delivery
* Write test cases and support UAT
What We're Looking For
* Strong general insurance experience (essential)
* Mid-level profiles (hands‐on, delivery focused)
* Agile experience (Jira/Confluence preferred)
* Strong stakeholder engagement and problem‐solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast‐paced environment
