The Opportunity

NOBL launched in Australia in late 2025 and sold out within two weeks. We're now expanding fully into the market with plans to scale it past 8 figures in its first year.

As Marketing Director, you won't just be running campaigns; you'll be leading the entire growth operation for NOBL in one of our highest-priority international markets. You'll own strategy and execution across every major growth lever: paid media, creative, retention, CRO, influencer, analytics, and localization. With full ownership of MER, CAC, and new customer acquisition, you'll be empowered to make fast decisions and scale efficiently.

You'll have a world-class central team behind you; paid media, creative, retention, lifecycle, CX, partnerships, data, and web and you'll direct how that infrastructure is deployed for Australia. Your job is to bring the local market expertise that makes every vertical perform at its highest level for Australian consumers.

You'll work directly with the Co-Founder and operate as the CEO of NOBL Australia. Full ownership of the market, full accountability for results. As the market scales, you'll build out your own local team and grow the operation with it.

This is a rare opportunity to take a proven, high-velocity growth engine and apply it to a new market with real budget, real infrastructure, and real autonomy.

What You'll Own

Own the full growth P&L for Australia; driving MER efficiency, CAC targets, contribution margin, and customer acquisition. Set the strategic direction for the market and operate with full autonomy and accountability.

Direct acquisition strategy across Meta, TikTok, AppLovin, and Google for the Australian market. Work with our paid media team on channel mix, spend allocation, testing, and scaling decisions. You're in the ad accounts daily; reviewing performance, identifying opportunities, and making the calls.

Lead creative direction for Australia deep in the performance data daily, understanding what's resonating locally, briefing what's next, and building the feedback loop between creative output and paid performance. Work across our creative, UGC, and influencer teams to ensure high-velocity asset production tailored to the Australian audience.

Retention & Lifecycle

Work with our retention and lifecycle team to localize flows, improve cohort metrics, reduce churn, and expand LTV through targeted campaigns built for Australian buying behavior.

Creator & Influencer Partnerships

Source, build, and manage creator and influencer relationships in Australia that drive measurable revenue. Own the local partnership pipeline from outreach through performance measurement.

CRO & Funnel Optimization

Own the local conversion experience; landing pages, PDPs, checkout flow, pricing, and bundles. Run continuous testing and optimize for AOV, CVR, and full-funnel efficiency in the Australian market.

Take our proven playbook and make it genuinely native to Australia. Creative, copy, pricing, partnerships, website experience; everything the Australian consumer touches should feel built for them.

Team Building

Day one you're leveraging our full central infrastructure. As Australia scales, you'll build out and lead your own local team. The opportunity grows with your results.

You're a Fit If...

* You've scaled paid acquisition at a DTC brand doing A$50M+ annually, ideally A$100M+.
* You've managed or directed significant ad spend and understood the unit economics behind every dollar not just the ROAS dashboard.
* You're full-funnel fluent; combining acquisition, creative, CRO, and retention into one cohesive growth operation.
* You've built or managed creator programs that drove real revenue, not just reach.
* You know the Australian market; the consumer, the culture, the creator ecosystem, and the competitive landscape.
* You're analytical and data-driven; living in the ad accounts, the dashboards, and the cohort data daily.
* You're comfortable in the finance conversation. You know what a P&L looks like, you understand contribution margin, and you care about profit.
* You think like a founder and operate like an owner accountable, proactive, and obsessed with results.
* You're the person at your current company who already thinks this way but hasn't been given full ownership of a market yet.
