- Weighing and packaging meat
- Ensuring quality and freshness of products
- Operating and maintaining meat-cutting machinery and tools
- Following proper hygiene and safety procedures
- Receiving, inspecting, and storing meat upon delivery
- Ordering supplies and meat
- Keeping records and inventory
