Administration Officer | Remote Area Families Service

* Employment Term: Permanent Part-Time (60.8 hours per fortnight, Tuesday to Friday)
* Location: Charleville, Brisbane, Longreach, Mt Isa, Townsville or Mareeba. Travel involved.
* Remuneration: $38.65 p/h + Super + NFP Salary Packaging (save tax and increase your take home pay)

Your part in our UnitingCare team

We are seeking an Administration Officer to provide a range of high level and quality administrative and financial functions to support the management and operational team of the UnitingCare's Remote Areas Family Support (RAFS) Service. As a key support role to the delivery of our services, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring business operations are run efficiently.

The key duties include but are not limited to:

* Provide a range of general administrative activities which require initiative, confidentiality and sensitivity
* Diary and meeting management and coordination of travel arrangements
* Undertake the processing of a range of general financial recording income and expenditure; accounts payable; procurement card reconciliation; ordering supplies
* Preparing reports, business papers, minutes, correspondences, presentations and maintaining databases and other information systems
* Develop, maintain and administer a records management system for receipt, storage and retrieval of records and correspondence
* Support Management in the development and establishment of new services and maintaining the process for recording statistical data and feedback to inform internal reports and research.
* Organise events, functions, workshops and meetings

Please note this role involves travel to sites from time to time.

* Certificate IV in Business Administration, Event Management or other relevant qualifications.
* Demonstrated ability to provide administrative support at a high level with good communication and interpersonal skills.
