Job Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled and experienced administrator to partner with the Commercial Manager in the management & analysis of the financial performance and administration function of the NSW & NZ Mining divisions.
* Lead and support the Admin Team to foster collaboration and high performance
* Oversee all administration functions including accounts receivable & payable, timesheet / payroll function, invoicing and service jobs.
* Strengthen financial controls and ensure compliance with budgeting and asset management
* Management of the machine asset sales process
* Monthly financial accruals and analysis of P&L results
* Provide insightful financial reporting to support strategic decisions
* Partner with the Commercial Manager to streamline processes, budgeting / forecasting and cost control
About You
To be successful in this role you will require:
* Qualifications in accounting or commerce
* Experience in an inventory driven business is preferred
* Experience managing a small team
* Excellent reconciliation skills
* Strong financial acumen
* High level attention to detail
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
