We are seeking a motivated and experienced professional to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis.
About the Role
* The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in assessing development applications of varying complexity and typology.
* You will be required to efficiently process planning enquiries by responding to emails, phone calls, and face-to-face interactions when on duty.
* Assist in pre-lodgement meetings and attend clearing house meetings.

Requirements
* Tertiary qualification (Degree or Associate Diploma) in Planning is preferred.
* Relevant experience in duty planning enquiries is essential.
* Excellent working knowledge of Council and State Planning Controls that affect the City is necessary.
* Project management and case management skills are highly valued.
* High-level customer service and communication skills are required.
