Job Title: Parts Interpreter
We are seeking a skilled Parts Interpreter to join our team. As a Parts Interpreter, you will play a vital role in ensuring that customers receive accurate and timely information about the parts they require.
The successful candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, be able to work autonomously, and possess a strong understanding of customer needs and time constraints.
Responsibilities:
* Interpret all parts requirements for customers, ordering and maintaining contact until the order is complete
* Prioritize tasks efficiently and provide quotations as needed
* Advise customers of special sales promotions and maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services
Requirements:
* Certificate III in Parts Interpreting or equivalent experience
* Excellent organizational and communication skills
* Ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines
* Strong understanding of customer needs and time constraints
