Nutrition Information Coordinator
Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Nutrition Information Coordinator to join our team. This role will work under the direction of the Manager of Patient Menu and Data Systems, answering calls courteously and efficiently, documenting requests into the computer program, and dispatching them to the Service Delivery staff.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure. They will also be proficient in computer and typing skills, with basic math skills and task prioritization abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Answer the phone line courteously and document all requests into the computer following guidelines.
2. Prioritize and dispatch requests to staff, ensuring timely delivery and follow-up.
3. Maintain cleanliness of the workspace and use equipment responsibly.
4. Train new employees and interns, providing feedback on performance.
5. Provide excellent customer service and maintain effective working relationships.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

* Physical ability to lift and push (35 lbs+ with assistance).
