About the Role
As a sales assistant, you will play a vital role in helping pet owners make informed decisions about their pets' health, nutrition, and well-being. You will be responsible for providing expert advice on pet care products and building relationships with customers to deliver exceptional service.

Your Key Responsibilities
Provide knowledgeable and caring advice on pet wellness products
Build strong relationships with customers through warm and genuine service
Maintain a clean and organized store environment including stock replenishment and merchandising
Assist with sales, returns, and large purchases

The Ideal Candidate
A natural love for animals and people is essential for this role, as is a passion for customer service. Previous experience in retail or customer-facing roles is desirable, but not necessary. What's important is that you're a friendly, patient, and enthusiastic individual who is eager to learn and grow with our team.
