As the Procurement Associate, you’ll play a key role in supporting direct procurement of raw materials and packaging. Working closely with the sourcing team and suppliers, you’ll analyse data, identify cost-saving opportunities, improve supplier performance, and ensure compliance. This role offers broad exposure across procurement and is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow into a future Category Manager or Contracts Manager role. Source, evaluate, and onboard suppliers while building strong international relationships. Support supplier negotiations, contract drafting, and compliance monitoring. Drive cost savings through tenders, pricing negotiations, and spend analysis. Ensure procurement activities meet legal, ethical sourcing, and sustainability requirements. Maintain accurate procurement records, reports, and performance insights. Partner with internal stakeholders across Supply Planning, Marketing, Quality, Finance, and Legal. Contribute to continuous improvement of procurement systems and processes. What you bring: 2–5 years’ procurement experience, ideally in FMCG or manufacturing. Exposure to direct procurement of raw materials or packaging is highly regarded. Strong analytical skills with experience in cost analysis and reporting. Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management abilities. High attention to detail and ability to manage contracts and supplier performance. Mandarin language skills desirable (for contracts and supplier communication). A proactive mindset with ambition to progress into senior procurement roles.
